The art of negotiation course is designed to develop participants' skills in the field of the art of negotiation, starting from the personal level, to developing negotiation skills at the administrative level, with both internal and external dimensions, and enables the participant to acquire the qualities of an advanced negotiator. The course also aims to familiarize participants with behavioral models of negotiators' styles and the ability to plan, implement and present the results of effective negotiation and to practice effective negotiation methods and strategies.
