01 Introduction
Welcome to Alrowad Academy. The Academy provides its members with access to educational and training content online through computers, mobile phones, televisions, and other Internet-connected devices, collectively referred to as the “Services.”
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Academy’s Services and constitute a binding agreement between you, as the “Subscriber” or “Customer,” and Alrowad Academy, a company registered in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, hereinafter referred to as the “Academy” or “Company.”
By electronically accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that your electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a written signature, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We recommend that you retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.
02 General Provisions
The Academy’s Services enable students to access live and recorded lectures, private tutoring, and other educational and training services, collectively referred to as “Courses.” The Services include, but are not limited to, providing courses, educational materials, and supporting resources.
The Academy may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect the development of its Services, the addition of new features, or other changes to the Services.
If the Academy makes any material changes to these Terms, the Subscriber will be notified through appropriate means, such as an email sent to the address registered with the account or a notification posted through the online Student Portal.
The amendments shall take effect from the date of publication unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Services after the amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Subscriber is responsible for periodically reviewing the latest version of these Terms and Conditions, as the revised version will replace all previous versions.
The Academy reserves the right to modify, develop, suspend, or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, at any time.
The Subscriber is solely responsible for all Internet connection costs, telecommunications and data charges, and any other costs associated with accessing and using the Services, as well as for providing the devices, equipment, and software required to access them.
Where certain Services require payment of fees, the Subscriber agrees to pay the applicable fees and any related taxes or charges. If a payment cannot be processed or the Subscriber fails to pay amounts due, the Academy may take appropriate measures to collect outstanding amounts, including using registered payment methods or engaging collection agencies or legal counsel. The Academy may also suspend the Subscriber’s access to the Services until all outstanding amounts have been settled.
The Subscriber agrees to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and instructions, including laws relating to copyright, intellectual property, privacy, data protection, and personal identity.
03 Billing and Payment
Training program fees shall be payable in accordance with the Academy’s approved payment procedures and shall be collected prior to the commencement of the program, unless otherwise agreed.
If a payment cannot be processed due to an expired payment method, insufficient funds, or any other reason, and the payment method is not updated, the Academy reserves the right to suspend access to the Services until a valid payment method is provided and the outstanding amounts are settled.
The Academy reserves the right to modify the prices of Courses, payment plans, and Services from time to time as it deems appropriate.
04 Account and Password
The person who creates an account with Alrowad Academy and is responsible for paying the applicable fees shall be considered the “Account Owner” and shall be responsible for the account and maintaining the confidentiality of its login credentials.
The Account Owner must not share the password, account details, or any financial information associated with the account with any other person. The Account Owner is also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of such information and preventing unauthorized use.
The Subscriber is responsible for keeping their account information up to date and ensuring that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Please exercise caution when receiving messages or communications requesting sensitive information, such as payment card details or account information. To protect your account, you are advised to access your account directly through the Academy’s official website and avoid using links contained in suspicious emails or electronic communications.
The Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account if fraudulent activity or unauthorized use is suspected, in order to protect the Subscriber, the Academy, or its partners.
05 Company Information
Alrowad Academy is a registered Jordanian company located at:

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Subscriber is granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access the Services available to them according to the applicable Course or subscription.
The Academy is not obligated to maintain the website or Services in their current form. The Academy may develop, modify, update, or improve the Services, or migrate the Subscriber to a newer version, at its discretion, provided that the Subscriber’s material rights are not adversely affected.
The Subscriber agrees to comply with all rules and instructions issued by the Academy concerning the use of the Services and the conduct of Subscribers.
The Academy reserves the right to refuse or suspend the Subscriber’s access to the Services if the Subscriber violates these Terms and Conditions or applicable instructions.
The Subscriber acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- Not to share login credentials or access rights to the Services with any other party.
- Not to store, publish, or transmit viruses or malicious software through the Services.
- To comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and instructions when using the Services.
- Not to rent, resell, distribute, transfer, copy, or modify the Services or any part thereof.
- Not to attempt to hack, interfere with, or tamper with the website’s software or technical systems.
- Not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publish, download, store, or transmit the Services or any part thereof without prior authorization.
- Not to remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from materials available through the website.
- To provide and maintain the devices, software, and Internet connection required to access and use the Services.
- Not to use the Services, or any content, data, software, or materials available through them, in any manner that infringes the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party, or that involves threats, harassment, abuse, or harm to any party.
07 Website and Service Availability
The Subscriber acknowledges that Internet use may result in delays in the transmission of data or the loading of content. The Academy shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from the nature of Internet connectivity or circumstances beyond its control.
The Subscriber further acknowledges that the website and Services may not be continuously available 24 hours a day and may be temporarily affected by maintenance, updates, development, or other technical reasons.
08 Third-Party Links and Information
The Academy’s website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties that are not managed by or affiliated with the Academy.
The Academy is not responsible for the content, accuracy, completeness, or opinions and information contained on such third-party websites.
The inclusion of any external link on the Academy’s website does not constitute approval or endorsement of the linked website or its content by the Academy.
The Subscriber is solely responsible for using any third-party websites or services accessed through links provided on the website.
09 Disclaimer and Warranties
The Subscriber uses the Services and the content available through them at their own risk.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
The Academy does not guarantee that the Services will be continuously available or free from errors or interruptions, or that all information and content will always be accurate, complete, or up to date.
The Academy also does not guarantee that the website, servers, or Services are free from viruses or other harmful components.
The Academy does not guarantee that the Services will meet all of the Subscriber’s needs or expectations.
Nothing in these Terms shall affect any rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10 Indemnification
The Subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Academy, its officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from the Subscriber’s violation of these Terms and Conditions or any legal obligation applicable to the Subscriber.
11 Survival
Provisions relating to intellectual property rights, fees, confidentiality, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability shall survive the expiration or termination of these Terms and Conditions to the extent permitted by law.
12 Amendments
The Academy may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect developments in its Services and business needs, including changes relating to features, functionality, technology, payment methods, applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
The amendments shall take effect upon publication. The Subscriber’s continued use of the Services after the revised Terms are published constitutes acceptance of such amendments, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13 Assignment
The Subscriber may not assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, to any other party without the Academy’s prior written consent.
The Academy may assign these Terms and Conditions or delegate or subcontract some or all of its obligations under them to another party, to the extent permitted by law.
14 Legal Remedies
The Subscriber acknowledges that any violation of the provisions relating to confidentiality or intellectual property rights may cause harm to the Academy that may be difficult to compensate through monetary damages alone.
Accordingly, the Academy reserves the right to seek appropriate legal remedies, including injunctive relief to prevent or stop any violation, in addition to any other rights or remedies available under applicable law.
15 Disputes
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful or unenforceable by a competent court or authority, that provision shall be modified or interpreted to the extent necessary to achieve its intended purpose, as permitted by law.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
16 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Subscriber and the Academy regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior written or oral agreements, understandings, representations, or arrangements relating to the same subject matter.
