Course Overview

The course aims to enable teacher participants to use creativity and innovation in education to create an active and creative environment in the educational institutions; by introducing them to the concept and implementation of creativity, leadership and innovation. The course is also designed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to identify the strengths and weaknesses to achieve creativity and innovation in education, learn about the methods of creating an environment that encourages creativity and identifying the traits and values of the innovative teacher, and design and create innovative curriculum and instructional practices. During the program, participants will get exposed to the latest training method by building a real 3D scenario and applying practical ideas based on their intellectual culture and organization culture and integrating them into LEGO SERIOUS PLAY methodology that applies the VARK Model of learning to unleash their innovation and creativity.
