Multiple Projects Management Level 1

Multiple Project Management course is designed to acquaint participants with the practice and practical application of how to manage multiple projects as a basic level, enabling the participant to perform the tasks, responsibilities and skills required to succeed in managing multiple projects efficiently and effectively. In this course, the participant will be able to understand project management in organizations in general, by identifying multiple project cases and how to manage them, and explaining the role of the PMO in the multiple project management process, thus enhancing the participants' understanding of projects clearly and effectively by simulating the most important challenges which faces the managers of multiple projects from the practical reality, which in turn works to strengthen the most important skills that the participants need as managers of multiple projects, and also contributes to their familiarity with the tasks and responsibilities to succeed in managing multiple projects. Finally, participants will learn about the most important keys to success in multi-project management, the most important is to understand the scope of the multiple projects as well as the understanding of resource management in multi-project environment.
