Course Overview

Key Performance Indicators KPIs course is designed to provide you with skills and practical experience about human resources indicators and measures. In addition to being aware of the most important mistakes that the human resources manager makes while measuring performance indicators. This course aims to introduce you to the features of the work environment that support the use of KPIs, and to know the benefits of using them. You will also be able to use Microsoft Project when reporting on project performance and taking corrective and preventive actions. At the end of the course, you will be familiar with the means of measuring effectiveness of the strategic plan by measuring performance indicators, the indicator models used in measuring performance, the skill of creating the right KPI culture, as well as identifying the patterns of formulating KPIs, and the mechanism of conducting the necessary analysis to derive the performance indicators by following the best practices. In addition how to measure performance through Balanced Scorecards (BSC).
