The International Arbitration Course for Dispute Resolution in Petroleum Contracts is designed to enable participants to be familiar with and distinguish between international arbitration types related to oil contracts, in addition to being aware of the rights and obligations of the contracting parties. The course also aims to provide participants with full knowledge of international agreements, arbitration rules of an international nature, obstacles and difficulties in implementing the international arbitration agreement in oil contracts, in addition to identifying the causes of disputes, the mechanism for settling these disputes, and the laws to be applied in settling these disputes. Also, previous study cases will be reviewed regarding the implementation of arbitration decisions in petroleum and licensing.
