Course Overview

The Balanced Scorecard course, which is considered one of the most important and most recent strategy assessment tools, is designed as it leads the organization to analyze its performance on the basis of its vision and strategic goals, and succeeds in directing it to a new direction that supports the overall performance of the organization and which represents the framework for implementing the strategy. Participants will be able to build balanced scorecards from scratch, based on the organization’s strategy and translating the strategy into tangible, measurable and monitorable results. This course uses a mix of interactive and practical coaching techniques as well as short presentations. The focus will be on developing all elements of the balanced scorecard for a virtual establishment and there will be many group exercises.
